RETURNS//

We work to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not we do offer a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days to return your product upon receiving it. However, clothing must be in unworn and in pristine condition. To issue a return please contact at info@jumanalabel.com

We will provide you with a shipping label to print and attach to your package. You will receive confirmation that we received your package. A full refund will be issued once we review your return and confirm it is in pristine condition. Please get in touch with us before returning anything.
